This privacy policy explains how Coffee Culture ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or contact us. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to respond to you and to run this site.

Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiry details: when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and the message you send. If you choose a subject such as a group booking, that is included too.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your browser type and approximate location for security and performance. We do not use this to identify you.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the information or service you asked for (our legitimate interest in responding, and steps taken at your request).
• To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
• To load optional services such as maps, only where you have given consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, then we delete them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site:

• Formspree processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Our website hosting provider stores the site and its logs.
• Google provides the embedded map and web fonts, which load only with your consent.

Cookies

We use a single essential item of local storage to remember your cookie choice. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking by default. Optional cookies are only set if you accept them:

• Essential: remembers your cookie preference (stored on your device for up to 12 months).
• Google Maps / Google Fonts (optional): loaded only after you click Accept. These may set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
